What Your Frustration Is Actually Telling You
You feel frustrated, or angry, or disappointed, and most of the time the response is to push past it or shut it down so you can keep moving. Neither actually deals with what's happening, it just delays it until the same reaction shows up again.
This course walks you through four steps: noticing what's happening in your body before you've even named the feeling, naming the specific emotion rather than a catch-all label that doesn't tell you anything, tracing it back to what's actually causing it, and choosing a different way to respond than the one you default to. By the end, you'll have a process for catching the reaction earlier and acting on it deliberately instead of being run by it.
