How to enter
To be eligible to win the prize as indicated, entrants must correctly answer the skill-testing question on the contest entry form.
All mandatory fields of the form must be completed in full and entries must be received by 12:00am EST on November 1st, 2021
There is a limit of one entry per person. No purchase is necessary. You may not enter anyone other than yourself in these contests.
Eligibility
Canada’s Podcast contests are open to Canadian residents with a valid mailing address, 18 years of age or older, with the exception of Canada’s Podcast hosts and contributors.
Prizes
The value of the prize is in Canadian dollars, and is approximate as shown on the contests page. The prize cannot be refunded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. Prizes may not be exactly as shown or indicated. Canada’s Podcast reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
Notification
Only the winning participant will be notified by email. When the contest has ended and a winning participant has been chosen, an announcement will be made via social media.
The winning participant will have 24 hours to respond to the notification email. If after 24 hours the winning participant has not responded, a new winner will be chosen and notified by email. Another announcement will be made via social media.
Claiming of prizes
The major qualifying factor for entry is that you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada, with a valid Canadian address.
The winner must also present valid photo identification and the information they provide must match the mailing address provided for shipping the prize.
Contest cancelation and changes
Canada’s Podcast reserves the right to revise, cancel or close this contest at any time.
Odds of winning
The odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received. The more entries received, the lower the chance of winning will be.
Banning
Canada’s Podcast reserves the right to prohibit entry from any person who we believe to be abusing these rules.
Technical errors
Canada’s Podcast cannot be held responsible for technical failures on the part of the website, entry form, software or human error which could result in missing or invalid contest entries.
Canada’s Podcast is also not responsible for email notifications that are rejected or do not reach a contest winner.
Canada’s Podcast reserves the right to cancel a contest at any time or to correct results in order to rectify software, technical or human errors.
Laws
The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
