He provides strategy, marketing, product and technology leadership to companies and organizations. Philip has built and sold four companies and been a strategic advisor, marketing visionary, product marketer and board-level director to a number of start-ups and major names in the technology, real estate and travel sectors. He has been instrumental in the branding and marketing launch of many consumer software products.

Céline Williams is an international speaker, business strategist, and the founder of reVisionary, a boutique consulting firm providing executive coaching, leadership development, and culture services to human-focused businesses around the world. A serial entrepreneur who dabbled in corporate for a decade, Céline has almost 20 years’ experience working with growing organizations and is the trusted advisor to investors, Fortune 500 companies, and executives in a variety of industries. She is sought after for her expertise in accelerating team performance, designing culture, managing transformation, and facilitating effective communication. In 2020 she won the award for Best Culture Design Specialist from Corporate Vision for her body of work.

Mario Toneguzzi

Mario Toneguzzi, our Managing Editor, is based in Calgary, has 37 years of experience as a daily newspaper writer, columnist and editor. He worked for 35 years at the Calgary Herald covering sports, crime, politics, health, city and breaking news, and business. For 12 years as a business writer, his main beats were commercial and residential real estate, retail, small business and general economic news. He now works on his own as a freelance writer and consultant in communications and media relations/training.

Rebekah Higgs


Rebekah Higgs, owner of Matriarch Productions Inc. and known for her personal brand, DIY Mom, is a designer, contractor, and DIY enthusiast passionate about empowering women in home renovation. An award-winning and multi-nominated indie artist, Rebekah toured globally as a solo artist and with the band Ruby Jean and the Thoughtful Bees, performing at festivals worldwide. Her music career laid the foundation for her transition to television and home design after the birth of her daughter Lennon in 2013. Rebekah built her brand by sharing practical tutorials, teaching women how to confidently use power tools and tackle projects. Her show, DIY Mom, aired for five seasons on Bell Fibe TV1, and her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Maclean’s, Style at Home, Forbes, HGTV Magazine, and Chatelaine. She runs Matriarch Design Co. in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and shares her journey on Instagram @diymom.ca, inspiring her vibrant online community.

Sylvie Bougie is member of Quebec Bar and practices business and commercial law since 2006. In 2009, she went into business and founded, a few years later, the firm Vigi legal services. Since then, the firm is growing and is dedicated to business law. The firm won a Jarret in the category of professional services during 2019’s Edition of Le Gala de l’entreprise beauceronne. Sylvie has many involvements in the entrepreneurial community of Quebec. Among others, she contributes to “Centre de transfert d’entreprises”, “Ressources Entreprises” and “Entrepreneuriat Laval”. She’s also member of the board of “J’Entreprends Québec”, a non-profit organization whose mission is to generate the entrepreneurial spark and create a unifying entrepreneurial culture, and board member, secretary and responsible of programing of “Association Femmes Entrepreneures Québec”. whose mission is to promote, develop and support women’s entrepreneurship, as a lever to sustain economic development of Quebec City Area.
