An accomplished entrepreneur, Matt Diteljan is the CEO of Glacier, a Calgary-based marketing and advertising company that works with North American universities, colleges, and governments to reach Gen Z and Millennials. Matt and his company made headlines late last year when their influencer campaign with the University of Missouri caught the attention of the New York Times and other major outlets.

A University of Calgary grad, Matt founded Glacier in 2013. His company has grown beyond its humble Canadian roots, amassing an impressive client roster including big names such as Vancouver Film School, Texas A&M, Los Angeles Community College District and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Now a year into these trying times, Matt and his team have been working with their clients to implement influencer marketing as a strategy to reach key younger demographics. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, politicians and distinguished educators to communicate the importance of masks and washing hands, the message often falls on deaf ears.
